BTM Polibit is a fiberglass or polyester felt reinforced waterproofing membrane made of bitumen modified with APP (atactic polypropylene), the lower surface is coated with PE (polyethylene) film and the upper surface is coated with PE (polyethylene) film or colored granules and applied with an oxyacetylene burner.

Les usages

Used to obtain water and moisture impermeability on:

  • terrace roofs of buildings,
  • sloping concrete roofs,
  • curtain walls, foundations.
  • Polibit is designed for moderate climates and used as lower and middle layer membrane in waterproofing.
  • It is used in the insulation of pressurized and non-pressurized underground or surface waters.
